Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through the AVENORE online store at avenoreofficial.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply and take precedence where they cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Seller

The store is operated under the name AVENORE, with business address at 42bis Avenue du 8 Mai 1945, 69160 Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, France. Website: avenoreofficial.com. Contact: contact@avenore.com.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly according to screens, photography, lighting, and normal manufacturing variations. The essential characteristics and current price of each product are displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.

3. Prices, taxes and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency presented to you on the store. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown where required before you complete checkout. For international orders, import duties or local charges may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may perform payment, fraud, availability, and address checks. A binding sales contract is formed when the order is accepted in accordance with the checkout process and applicable law. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, stock unavailability, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, amounts due will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amounts shown before purchase. Payment services may be provided by Shopify and third-party processors subject to their own terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges, and estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers only as provided by applicable law; nothing in these terms transfers carrier risk to a consumer where such transfer would be unlawful.

7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Withdrawal, return, and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. AVENORE's 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to eligible products. Sale and discounted items are excluded from that commercial guarantee, without affecting mandatory statutory rights. Statutory rights, including the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right where French or EU law applies, remain unaffected.

8. Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from any mandatory statutory guarantees applicable to their purchase, including legal conformity and hidden-defect protections where applicable. These rights are separate from any optional commercial warranty and cannot be reduced by these terms.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the store's branding, text, graphics, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to AVENORE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited except as permitted by law or with written authorization.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, AVENORE is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that result from events outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may bring claims before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

Before starting a dispute procedure, please contact us at contact@avenore.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. AVENORE must also provide the details of its designated approved consumer mediator where French consumer-mediation rules apply. Those mediator details are not yet configured in the current store records and must be added before consumer sales are opened where legally required.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms applicable to an order are those made available to you when you place that order, subject to mandatory law.
